] email will be circulated at each meeting. Our meetings are
held on the second Monday of each month. Meetings get
under way at approximately 7:00 pm and usually run until 9:00 pm.
The only exceptions to this schedule are extra pre-Fun Run meetings and
our Annual General Meeting, which is a breakfast meeting that takes place
in December. The Annual general meeting includes the finalization of each
years business and executive elections for the following year.
